SLIC team and partners in action
§ 01 · The Firm

A city intelligence firm. Bangkok-based.

Smart & Livable City designs, measures, and delivers smart-city programmes — with governments and developers, not at them.

01

Purpose-driven

Every engagement begins with a community need. Never technology for its own sake.

02

Proof-based

Data and measurable outcomes guide every design and delivery decision.

03

People-centric

Citizens are the subject of the work, not the audience of it.

04

Practical

Modular, bankable solutions a municipal budget can actually carry.

SLIC works with mayors, ministries, and private operators — not only vendors. We bring public institutions, universities, and the private sector into the same workstreams and stay until something ships.

The team is Thai. Disciplines span engineering, architecture, urban anthropology, data science, and policy design. The focus is outcomes a municipal budget can actually sustain.

§ 02 · Practice

Four modes. One framework.

The 4C model adapts to what the project needs — from early-stage advisory through to co-implementation. Not every engagement runs all four modes.

01 / C

Consultation

Strategic advisory for municipalities and private developers — smart infrastructure, urban sustainability, digital transformation.

02 / C

Connecting

Bridges between government agencies, universities, and the private sector so collaboration and scale become possible.

03 / C

Capacity Building

Training smart city officers, community leaders, and local teams in the technical and creative methods they need.

04 / C

Co-Creation

Collaborative implementation through people-public-private partnerships (4Ps) — from idea through evaluation.

§ 03 · Work

The work.

Platforms built, programmes running, expos held. Delivered with public-sector partners and operating in municipal environments.
